Facility Rental Fees
Included in the rental fee is a JFK Library Event Coordinator, parking, security, and access to the museum exhibits. Daytime rentals grant access to the Museum Exhibits from 9am – 5pm. Evening rentals grant exclusive access to the Museum Exhibits from 6pm – 8pm.

For events with more than 500 guests, we require that both Smith Hall and the Pavilion be used.

Library Grounds
All outdoor events require a tent (with the exception of the Harbor Side Terrace). The facility rental fee includes one day of set-up prior to the event and one day of break-down after the event. These fees do not include the tent.

The Harbor Side Terrace is available for a 90 minute cocktail reception for a fee of $1,500 when used in conjunction with Smith Hall or the Pavilion. Tenting is not required on the Harbor Side Terrace.
