It includes two versions of a report by the General Services Administration titled "Prospectus for Program of Small Public Building Projects Under the Public Buildings Act of 1959," which also contains prototype design examples for post offices and federal buildings. The Act was meant to alleviate unemployment by initiating or accelerating public works projects in designated communities.
