Folder Description
This folder contains memoranda, correspondence, and reports pertaining to the implementation of a facilities nondiscrimination clause in government leases. A portion of the correspondence relates to negotiations with lessors. The file includes lists of leased buildings where there were segregated facilities. It is believed that PRLM is the abbreviation for an office unit under the Space Management Division within the Public Buildings Service.
