JFK Moonshot: Reimagining Human Potential And Progress

June 29, 2023 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM

Location Dargan Theatre, Trinity Business School, Dublin and Online

In a speech at Rice University in 1962, President Kennedy asked his fellow citizens to go to the Moon and tackle other challenges, “not because they are easy, but because they are hard.” The Moonshot—President Kennedy’s unprecedented call to action—dramatically reimagined the capacity of individuals, driven by creativity and purpose, to change the world.

Presented as part of the JFK60 Celebration of President Kennedy’s historic trip to Ireland, this public program will ask a new generation of global leaders to draw inspiration from President Kennedy’s vision and renew our commitment to making the impossible possible.

People in the Dublin area are welcome to register to attend in person.

The program will be held in the Dargan Theater at Trinity Business School, and will begin at 12:30 Irish Standard Time. For questions about the program, email Ireland2023@JFKLFoundation.org.
