Kennedy [JFK]; working on JFK’s 1952 Senate campaign; comparisons between JFK and Henry Cabot Lodge during the 1952 Senate race; JFK, Holtz, and the Algerian crisis; JFK’s involvement with Holtz’s 1954 and 1956 congressional campaigns; discussing Senator Joseph McCarthy with JFK; the 1956 Democratic National Convention; and JFK and Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy Onassis’ wedding, among other issues.

Contains photographs of Kennedy's early years, family homes, his naval service during World War II, and his political activities in the 1940s, 1950s, and 1960s. The largest portions of this collection cover Kennedy's Senate Years (1953-1960), and the 1960 Presidential Campaign.

Motion picture produced for Senator John F. Kennedy's 1958 re-election campaign. Included are highlights of Senator Kennedy's political career using stills and edited film footage, with shots of Senator Kennedy with Senator Mike Mansfield (Montana) and Senator Lyndon B. Johnson (Texas), Senator Kennedy questioning James R. (Jimmy) Hoffa during the McClellan Hearings, and Senator Kennedy calling for the unanimous nomination of Senator Estes Kefauver (Tennessee) for Vice President at the 1956 Democratic National Convention. A few shots of Senator Kennedy with his wife Jacqueline Kennedy and his daughter Caroline Kennedy appear toward the end of the film. Those pictured include Jacqueline Kennedy; Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy; Eunice Kennedy Shriver and R. Sargent Shriver; Edward M. Kennedy and Joan Bennett Kennedy; Archbishop of Boston, Richard Cardinal Cushing, who presided over the mass; and members of the Boston Symphony Orchestra, who performed Mozart’s Requiem in D. Minor under the direction of conductor Erich Leinsdorf. This photograph album contains 11 photographic prints and the printed text of Cardinal Cushing’s memorial message.
