Manning speaks to a man called "Peter" about the death of President Kennedy. Manning then speaks to a man identified as an Ambassador about travel plans. Manning then speaks to a man called "John" about a scheduled event. Manning then speaks to a man called [Peter Bickerstaff?] about a scheduled event. The tape concludes with a fragment of remarks about a "Trade Act." The recordings are noisy and pitch varies. Accession MR-1971-088.
