Motion picture produced for Senator John F. Kennedy's 1958 re-election campaign. Included are highlights of Senator Kennedy's political career using stills and edited film footage, with shots of Senator Kennedy with Senator Mike Mansfield (Montana) and Senator Lyndon B. Johnson (Texas), Senator Kennedy questioning James R. (Jimmy) Hoffa during the McClellan Hearings, and Senator Kennedy calling for the unanimous nomination of Senator Estes Kefauver (Tennessee) for Vice President at the 1956 Democratic National Convention. A few shots of Senator Kennedy with his wife Jacqueline Kennedy and his daughter Caroline Kennedy appear toward the end of the film. A number of transitional shots were made in Senator Kennedy's office particularly for this film.Possibly produced by: Senate Film Studio (Senate Recording Studio).
