This file contains reading copies and drafts of Senator John F. Kennedy's speeches that pertain to agriculture and farming. Items include "A Plan of Action for the Dairy Industry," "The Importance of Farm Credit," "REA Under the Republicans," "The Challenge Abroad," an untitled dairy program speech, "REA," remarks at the Midwest Farm Conference, "Dairy Problems in Wisconsin," and "REA Coops." The file also contains memoranda on the wheat program by Myer Feldman, and a press release of Senator Kennedy's remarks to the Stutsman County (North Dakota) Democratic Committee dinner. Of note are some copies with notations by Senator Kennedy.
