The eleven series pertain to budgeting and appropriations, purchase orders, vouchers, special accounts, food expenses, travel expenses, schedule of collections, transfers between appropriations, payroll and personnel, and the general financial ledger. The collection is mainly arranged by financial accounting cycle (July 1 to June 30) rather than by calendar year.
