This folder contains copies and drafts of Senator John F. Kennedy's remarks at a testimonial dinner for Senator Hubert H. Humphrey and Congressman Eugene McCarthy in St. Paul, Minnesota. In his speech the Senator criticizes how Republicans have handled farm and agriculture issues, and states that Democrats can provide positive, progressive leadership in the upcoming elections.
