This folder contains a copy and drafts of a speech by Senator John F. Kennedy given at the annual dinner of the Democratic Party of Cook County in Chicago, Illinois. In his speech the Senator discusses the upcoming elections of 1958 and 1960, Modern Republicanism, the Republican Party's foreign policy record, and foreign aid to Poland. Of note are drafts with notations by Senator Kennedy.
