This folder contains material pertaining to a request for comments from the Council of Economic Advisers on a Treasury draft bill to amend the Bretton Woods Agreements Act to authorize the United States Governor of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) to vote for an increase in the Bank's authorized capital stock. The bill was later enrolled as H.R. 7405.
