This folder contains copies and drafts of Senator John F. Kennedy's speech at the annual convention of the Arkansas Bar Association in Hot Springs, Arkansas. In his speech the Senator discusses ongoing investigations of the Senate Labor Committee's Legislative Subcommittee into labor racketeering cases and a need for legislation to protect against and prevent corruption in labor unions. Of note is a draft with notations by Senator Kennedy.
