Bundy, Deputy Assistant Secretary of International Security Affairs in the Department of State, and Norwegian Defense Minister Gudmund Harlem discussing a shipbuilding program; and a paper by Malcolm W. Hoag titled, “Nuclear Control After Nassau.” Also included in this folder are materials compiled from excerpts of press conferences, speeches, and interviews by President John F. Kennedy concerning his views on the MLF and United States military relations with Europe.
