Identified speeches include: "Our National Spirit and the World Community"; remarks given to the National Association of County Officials in Washington, D.C., on March 18, 1959; "The Great Unspoken Issue"; "REA Under the Republicans"; "A Ten-Point Program for West Virginia," given in Wayne, West Virginia, on April 25, 1960; and an untitled address to the United Auto Workers (UAW).
