According to the President's schedule, also present at the ceremony are: James E. Allen, Co-Chairman of the NCCJ Washington Region; Al Philip Kane, Co-Chairman of the NCCJ Washington Region; Arthur G. Newmyer, Jr., Co-Chairman of the NCCJ Washington Region; Dr. Leonard P. Aries, Vice President of the NCCJ Southeastern Region; Russell L. Bradley, Executive Director of the NCCJ; and Edward H. Foley, Chairman of the Brotherhood Dinner.
