The recording of this dictation ends abruptly and continues on Dictation Belt 40.

In his remarks the President discusses the history of the VPB-110 (the Squadron of which Joseph P. Kennedy, Jr. was a member when he was killed in World War II), commends the veterans who served in the Squadron, and explains the need to honor the achievements of the past while looking to the future.
