This folder contains copies and drafts of Senator John F. Kennedy's speech at the annual awards dinner of the Overseas Press Club held in New York City. In his speech the Senator discusses Communism in Poland and the need to develop a new United States foreign policy towards Soviet Union satellite states. Of note is a draft with notations by Senator Kennedy.
