Following the announcements the President answers questions from the press on a variety of topics including steel industry negotiations, the Supreme Court reapportionment decision in Baker v. Carr [369 U.S. 186 (1962)], the prospect of a balanced budget, and trade legislation increasing carpet and glass tariffs.
