The operator notifies Lincoln that Myer (“Mike”) Feldman is back in the office. Machine noise precedes and follows the exchange. Item 22C.2 is a telephone conversation between President John F. Kennedy and a man called “John,” who is in the House Speaker’s “Board of Education.” They discuss unidentified legislative matters. The recording begins in mid-conversation.Transcript included.
