They discuss legislative matters. The recording begins in mid-conversation. Item 4K.8 is a telephone conversation between President John F. Kennedy and a man identified as “Albert.” They discuss legislative strategy on H.R. 10, the Self-employed Individuals Retirement Act of 1962.
