Kennedy’s speech given at a senior citizens meeting held at Kleinham’s Music Hall in Buffalo, New York during his 1960 presidential campaign. In his speech he discusses the failure of the Republic administration to revise Social Security legislation to protect the elderly against rising medical costs.
