Silent motion picture of President John F. Kennedy observing a firepower demonstration at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. President Kennedy observes from a review stand with Secretary of Defense Robert S. McNamara, Army Chief of Staff General George H. Decker, and Secretary of the Army Elvis J. Stahr, Jr. President Kennedy congratulates an officer of the 101st Airborne Division, talks to two paratroopers, rides in a motorcade leaving the Observation Post and arriving at the review stand, and talks with Major General Rich, U.S. Army, Pierre Salinger and U.S. Army Lt. General Trapnell. Materials in this series were created, commissioned, or collected by the United States Air Force.
