Folder Description
This folder contains material pertaining to the Consumer Advisory Council (CAC), which was formally established by the Council of Economic Advisers in July 1962 in order to ensure that the government considered the needs of consumers. Many items were prepared for a staff seminar to discuss the work of the CAC, which was held at 4:00 p.m. on 10 September 1962. There are also materials from the CAC meetings of 12 September 1962 and 19 July 1962.
