This folder contains copies of a speech given by Senator John F. Kennedy before a joint meeting of the Rotary Clubs of Beverly, Danvers, Peabody, and Salem. In his speech the Senator addresses the need for Federal programs to revitalize the Port of Boston’s trade industry and to end practices that discriminate against New England trade.
