Folder Description
This folder contains the fourth volume of a scrapbook of news clippings that documents Boutin's term as mayor of Laconia, New Hampshire, as well as his campaign for governor. The clippings are from the Laconia Evening Citizen newspaper. The scrapbook is divided into sections for campaign issues such as agriculture, education, highways, judicial administration, natural resources, and taxation. These are followed by general articles and advertisements related to Boutin's campaign.
