The John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum and the John F. Kennedy Library Foundation offer numerous opportunities for employment, internships, and volunteering. Job postings are updated regularly. We welcome all applications and inquiries. 

Internships at the Kennedy Library are supported by the Kennedy Library Foundation.

The Library also has an extensive volunteer program. Volunteers contribute vitally to the Library's mission by engaging families, adults and school audiences in learning about the life and times of President Kennedy.

Visitor Services volunteers greet and assist visitors at the information desk, the theaters and exhibit spaces. Docents lead tours, give gallery talks and conduct hands-on gallery activities.

Docents at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum facilitate museum learning for visitors of all ages including families, students and adults. Docent duties may include, but are not limited to, conducting museum highlights programs, leading programs for school groups, and engaging visitors in hands-on museum activities.
