Motion picture covering the visit of Prime Minister Cyrille Adoula of Congo to the United Nations in New York City. Also included are a luncheon with labor leaders, a visit to former First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, a dinner for Mrs. Adoula given by members of the African American Institute, and the Prime Minister's trip to Washington, D.C., where he conferred with President John F. Kennedy and visited the Capitol.
